Flight Services FLS1

Students will engage in simulations to practice aircraft entry, exit, and emergency procedures.


Workload Level

  • Light to light-moderate
  • 6 courses in the first semester
  • 1 hours of study/assignments required for each hour in class
  • 18 hours of class (36 hour/week commitment)
  • It is expected that you will participate in out of class activities.

Knowing a 2nd language (any language) is a benefit, hospitality/service sector work experience, especially in fine dining / membership clubs such as country clubs

  • Physical requirements: typical min/max height range of 5'2" - 6'3" without shoes OR a required reach of between 208 and 214 cm, dependent on airline.
  • Working inflight for potentially long hours on your feet
